Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time:
Once shipped, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Address Accuracy:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Pre-Orders / Custom Orders:
Any pre-order or custom wigs may require additional processing time.Β 

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly.

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of hair products, we do not accept returns or refunds to ensure the health and safety of all customers.

Exchanges:
We only offer exchanges if the item is defective or incorrect. To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at support@nichehaircompany.com withinΒ 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

No exchanges will be accepted for:

  • Hair that has been worn, installed, colored, bleached, brushed, or altered in any way.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for approved exchanges.
